The Planning, Sourcing, and Procurement Roundtable, previously known as the Purchasing & Materials Management Roundtable, connects gas and electric utility purchasing managers from across the nation to discuss current challenges, successes, and trends in procurement, storage, warehousing, and materials management. MEA members drive the content from questions that come up in their professional lives focused on cost-effective methods, work process improvements, and procurement strategy enhancements. This conference provides attendees the platform to deliberate practices, ideas, and recommendations in a dedicated setting.

Hotel Parking: There is a public lot affiliated with the Cambria on Dearborn Street. Parking is $55 per night with in/out privileges, starting at noon. Prior to noon, there is an early entrance fee depending on the arrival time.
