Energetic Women
MEA Energetic Women is a national and leadership development resource within the natural gas and electric utility industry. The mission is to prepare women within the energy industry for leadership roles in operations and engineering by promoting, supporting, connecting and recognizing those who believe in developing high potential leaders to create a sustainable future and increase diversity at the top levels.
Leadership education includes an annual 2.5-day conference, post-conference accountability webinars, complimentary professional development webinars, and more.

The new Utility Leadership Accelerator Program offers leadership training in a small, cohort-based setting over six to eight months, combining 1:1 and group coaching, virtual webinars, and leadership skills assessments.
