The Gas Operations Technical & Leadership Summit is a peer-driven learning experience focused on compliance, safety, measurement and control, distribution and technology, engineering, and technical training. The event draws gas professionals from across the Midwest who value practical learning and trusted relationships.

1. Vendor Showcase
Get ready to put your brand in the spotlight during this exciting opportunity to present your products and services to a targeted audience. Space is limited for these high-energy sessions that will feature:
- A fast-paced format with the session beginning at 11:00 AM CT with 5-minute breaks between presentations to keep attendees engaged.
- Five concurrent breakout vendor sessions with 3 vendors per session, giving each vendor 15 minutes to deliver a powerful pitch.
- Prime visibility—drive traffic directly to your booth after your presentation during the exhibitor luncheon for deeper conversations and demonstrations.

If you signed up for the Vendor Showcase, get ready to put your brand in the spotlight. You are taking advantage of an exciting opportunity to present your products and services to a targeted audience.

How it Works:
- If you didn’t sign up for this free opportunity when booking your booth, you can do so through the MEA Online Store > go to the ‘Gas Summit Exhibit Booth Add Ons’ category > select Vendor Showcase.
- The MEA Gas Ops Steering Committee assigns breakout rooms to ensure a balanced and dynamic showcase experience.
- Onsite signage & the event app agenda will guide attendees to visit the showcase session the best fits their interests.

This is your time to present, not engage in Q&A, so focus on delivering an impactful message that encourages attendees to visit your booth during the Exhibitor Luncheon for more details.Presentation
The following items will be available for use during your presentation:
- One projector and screen in each room
- Podium at the front with a computer and microphone
- Clicker for slide control
- Session moderator to track time and manage any Q&A
Deadlines
- July 14 – Final deadline to register for participation.
- July 21 – Breakout room assignments, agenda, and speaking order finalized and communicated.
- July 31 – Deadline for submitting presentations.
2. Booth & Registration Rates
- Member booth including one* staff person: $1,200
- Non-member booth including one* staff person: $1,800
REGISTER BOOTH STAFF
Each booth staff must complete a separate individual registration for the Gas Operations Technical & Leadership Summit event; be sure to check ‘yes’ on the question asking if you are an exhibitor booth staff.
- *Register the one included staff person using the instructions and promo code provided in your confirmation email.

3. Booth Materials
- Included in your booth package is an 8’ draped table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and an ID sign.
- Electricity can be ordered and paid during or after the booth registration process.
- MEA will provide basic internet in the exhibit hall. Basic internet generally supports light web browsing and email.
- Order additional furniture, carpet, AV, or additional WiFi bandwidth for your booth by contacting Lauren Denney.
4. Exhibit Form
You will receive an email from Lauren Denney that contains a personalized link to complete your online form. Information provided on this form will populate your company profile in the event app and help direct attendees to relevant booths.
5. Prize Drawings
If you’ll be hosting any prize drawings at your booth, please notify Lauren Denney so MEA can help facilitate.
6. Shipping
Shipping must be coordinated through R&D Event Services, please find freight instructions here.
Plan for your shipment to arrive after Monday, July 20 and no later than Friday, August 7.
7. Accommodations
RESERVE YOUR SLEEPING ROOM(S)
Book your hotel online or call (319) 688-4000 and reference code G-M112 to receive the negotiated rate of $149 plus taxes and fees.
This room rate will be available until July 20 or until the block is full.
8. Travel
PLAN YOUR TRAVEL
- Air Travel: The Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) in Cedar Rapids is the closest airport at approx. 20 minutes from the hotel. The closest international airport is Quad Cities International Airport (MLI) at approx. 60 minutes from the hotel.
- Transportation: There are various transportation options, including car rental, taxi and Uber/Lyft available to and from the CID airport and the MLI airport.
- Estimated one-way taxi fare: $65 (CID) | $130 (MLI)
- Estimated one-way Lyft and Uber fares: $40 (CID) | $90 (MLI)
- Parking: Parking for overnight hotel guests receive complimentary self-parking. The parking fee for daily guests is $8 per day, with in/out privileges.
