Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering
Dr. Massoud Amin, IEEE and ASME Fellow, is a professor of electrical & computer engineering (ECE), and a University Distinguished Teaching Professor Award Recipient, at the University of Minnesota. He directed the University’s Technological Leadership Institute for 15 years, and has worked at EPRI and Washington University. In addition, Dr. Amin is the author or co-author of more than 340 peer-reviewed publications and the editor of seven collections of manuscripts, and served on the editorial boards of six academic journals. Anne Phibbs, PhD is Founder and President of Strategic Diversity Initiatives. In this role, she helps organizations move their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts forward with training, consultation, audits, assessments, and strategic planning. Anne directed LGBTQ offices at both Metropolitan State University and the University of Minnesota. She also served as Director of Education in the Office for Equity and Diversity at the University of Minnesota, where she built a DEI leadership program centered around emotional intelligence.
